By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The Service

ATS-Friendly AI Resume Optimizer is an automated software tool that analyzes resume text you provide and generates AI-powered suggestions — such as an ATS score, keyword matching, and improved bullet points.
It is a self-service software product only. We do not provide human resume-writing services, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific ATS results.

You must sign in with a valid account (via our authentication provider, Clerk) to run optimizations. New accounts receive 1 free optimization credit.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Credit pack: a one-time purchase of $1.00 adds 10 optimization credits to your account. Each optimization run consumes 1 credit. Credits do not expire.
Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month grants unlimited optimizations, subject to fair use. Your subscription RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
All payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable sales tax and invoicing. You agree to provide accurate billing details at checkout.

Use the service only for lawful purposes and personal career development.
Do not use the tool to create false employment history, education, certifications, references, or credentials. You are responsible for ensuring your resume content is accurate and truthful.
Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our systems, credit accounting, or payment flows.

Suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. Always review and edit AI output before using it in a real application.
You retain ownership of the resume content you submit and the edited results you create with the tool.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost employment opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
