Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, how your resume text is handled, and which trusted third parties help us run the service.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: when you sign up or sign in through our authentication provider (Clerk), we collect your email address to identify your account.
  • Resume content: the text you voluntarily paste into our input fields — your resume and, optionally, a target job description — is processed transiently for analysis.
  • Billing information: payments are handled entirely by Creem, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number or payment credentials.

How We Use Data

  • Your pasted text is transmitted solely for real-time AI analysis — to generate an ATS score, missing keywords, and optimized bullet-point suggestions.
  • Your email address is used only to identify your account, match purchases to your account, and provide customer support.
  • We do not use your content or personal data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

What We Store

Resume Text: Zero Retention
  • We store a minimal account record in our database: your account ID, email address, and remaining credit balance.
  • Resume and job-description text is never stored: once analysis completes, it is discarded immediately. No archives, backups, or content logs are kept.
  • Purchase and subscription records are maintained by Creem under their own privacy policy.

Third-Party Processors

  • Clerk — handles account sign-up and sign-in (authentication).
  • Creem — our merchant of record, processes payments, invoices, and sales tax.
  • AI analysis is performed by industry-standard AI API providers over encrypted HTTPS (TLS). Under their published policies, API-submitted data is not used to train foundation models.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • Resume text: discarded immediately after each analysis.
  • Account records (email and credit balance): kept while your account remains active.
  • You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@rezedev.asia. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
