Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · ATS-Friendly AI Resume Optimizer
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and how your resume text is handled when you use our free analysis tool.
Information We Collect
- We only receive the text you voluntarily paste into our input fields — your resume content and, optionally, a target job description.
- We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, phone number, email address, physical address, government ID, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).
- You are responsible for removing sensitive details from pasted text before submission if you prefer not to share them with our AI processor.
How We Use Data
No Database Storage- Your pasted text is transmitted solely for real-time AI analysis — to generate an ATS score, missing keywords, and optimized bullet-point suggestions.
- We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or resale.
- There is absolutely no persistent storage on our side: no database, no file uploads bucket, and no server-side logs of your resume content.
Third-Party Processors
- Analysis is performed by a third-party AI provider accessed over encrypted HTTPS (TLS). Your text leaves your browser only through this secure channel.
- We route requests to industry-standard AI APIs. Under their published policies, API-submitted data is not used to train foundation models.
- We select providers that commit to not using API customer data for model training (e.g., DeepSeek and compatible API gateways).
Data Retention
Zero Retention- Zero Retention: once analysis completes, your resume and job-description text are discarded immediately.
- We do not maintain archives, backups, or audit trails of user-submitted content.
- Browser-side preferences (such as mock payment unlock state during development) may be stored locally on your device via localStorage — never on our servers.
